Cancellation policy
If you wish to cancel a CONFIRMED reservation, your cancellation fee depends on the date of email by which you submit your written cancellation notice.
- >21 days prior to the check-in date: 10% cancellation fee
- 21-8 days prior to the check-in date: 25% cancellation fee
- 1-7 days prior to the check-in date: 50% cancellation fee
On the day of your checking-in or during the stay: it is not possible to change the confirmed price, even if less persons than agreed check-in or the stay is unexpectedly shortened by client.
