Cancellation policy

Cancellation fee depends on the date when client emails us a written cancellation notice.

• >21 days prior to the start of stay: 10% cancellation fee
• 21-8 days prior to the start of stay: 25% cancellation fee
• 1-7 days prior to the start of stay: 50% cancellation fee

On check-in day or during the stay: it is not possible to change the confirmed price, even if less persons than agreed check-in or the stay is unexpectedly shortened by client.
